We do not offer refunds where there is a demo trial available. At MOK, we offer trial versions for products (excluding sound banks), with the purpose of allowing customers to evaluate the product before they make a purchase. We strongly encourage customers to install these trial versions if they are available, in order to ensure that the product will work on their system prior to purchasing.
We do not offer refunds once the license has been registered/activated.
We do not offer refunds if products were purchased in an incorrect format for your system. At MOK we clearly state the product’s system requirements on all product pages. Customers are responsible for making sure the product will work on their system by reviewing the available information and/or trying the demo version.
We do not offer refunds for individual products that have been purchased within a bundle product.
At MOK we offer sales and other promotions, where pricing is subject to change. Because of this, we cannot offer credit on purchases that were completed before a sale, or through a separate promotion.
We are unable to offer refunds in the form of virtual cash, credit or exchange. All refunds will be refunded via the original payment method.
All refund requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please submit a request with our Customer Care team and provide us with the following information:
Your order number and your MOK registered email address.
A brief description of your computer system and DAW, and the exact versions you are using.
A reason for your refund request. If the issue is technical, we require a description of the problem and screenshots, if possible.
